Please clean the interior with kerosene or diesel oil after draining the old oil.After washing, drain the oil and fill it with oil.Also pay attention to the oil level.Main mill drive box with oil mark line as oil level.The oil level of analysis machine bearing housing and elevator worm gear box should not be higher than half of the oil mark.The oil level of the blower should be between the two lines of the oil needle.If there is too little oil, the Raymond mill will not be lubricated properly.If too much will increase the power consumption, the raymond mill is prone to overheating, and may leak oil.There is a screw pump inside the main engine.This screw pump specializes in providing lubricating oil for the main engine transmission bearings.
Fourthly,please make sure the rotation’s direction of the screw pump is right.If the direction is reversed, the oil pump will not work, resulting in no oil bearing lubrication..Filter the oil before adding lubricating oil.
Users should clean the Grease nozzles to avoid bringing mud and sand into the oil.The working conditions of the raymond mill roll assembly are particularly harsh. The bearings should be lubricated and cleaned regularly.
