Features of Raymond Mill: each part of the Raymond Mill has its own independent motor drive, transmission device.
1. Motor for Main Mill of Raymond Mill
The motor is driven to the reducer by a pulley.
The output torque of the reducer drives the plum stand on the central shaft of the main engine to rotate in the circle through the coupling. At the same time, the three grinding rollers rotate due to the mutual friction with the grinding ring, and under the action of centrifugal force, they swing outwards to tighten the grinding ring.
In the process of rotation, the spatula intersecting the lower end of the plum flower frame and the grinding roller device throws the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a cushion layer.
Pulverizing and grinding are achieved under the rolling action of the grinding roller.
2.Motor for Classifier of Raymond Mill
The motor (variable frequency speed regulation) transmits the motion to the turbine of the turbine classifier, then the turbine of the classifier rotates. The particles are subjected to different gravity, conveying force and centrifugal force in the airflow to achieve the purpose of screening.
3、 Motor for High pressure Blower of Raymond Mill
The motor drives the spindle and the wind blade through the pulley.

4、 Motor for Elevator of Raymond Mill
The motor is decelerated by the belt pulley and the worm gear reducer, and the coupling outputs the required speed, so as to drive the chain wheel, the chain rotation and the dustpan for vertical lifting movement.
The hopper is loaded by "pinch method" and unloaded by "centrifugal feeding method".
