Introduction of Ring Mill



HD-DBMH Series German Type Ring Roller Raymond Mill is a new type of grinding machine developed by our company for micro-powder industry. It is suitable for deep processing of non-metallic minerals with water content less than 10% and Morse hardness below grade 5, such as limestone, calcite, barite, marble, dolomite, etc. It is mainly composed of crusher, hoist, feeder, main engine, classifier, pipe device, pulse dust collector, high pressure fan, movable soundproof room and electric control device.


Working principle of  Ring Roller Raymond Mill:

There is a certain gap between the grinding roller and the pin shaft installed on the grinding roller support. When the grinding roller support revolves with the spindle, the grinding roller is pressed by centrifugal force and rotates around the pin shaft due to friction force.

The material is crushed into less than 10mm by jaw crusher, and then it is lifted to the storage hopper by the elevator.Then the material is fed quantitatively into the upper layer of the main engine by the feeder, and uniformly swung to all sides. Under the action of gravity,material is crushed by the impact, extrusion and grinding of multi-layer grinding rollers through the gap between grinding roller and grinding ring.

After crushing, the material falls to the lower layer of the material tray and is raised by the air flow and enters the classification chamber for classification. Qualified fine powder is collected by the classified rotor and enters the pulse dust collector with the air flow. After collection, it is discharged and packaged into products through the discharge valve, and the air flow after purification is discharged into the atmosphere by the silencer of the pulse dust collector

The coarse powder falls back into the comminution chamber for comminution due to centrifugal flow field.The whole pneumatic conveying system operates under the condition of total negative pressure without dust raising phenomenon.It has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, high classification accuracy, high reliability, high cleaning working environment and small vibration.






Application of Ring Mill


With scientific & reasonable design and its unique advantages ,Ring Roller Raymond Mill 4r HD DBMH are applied widely in power, metallurgical, cement, chemical and non-metallic industry, for grinding of various materials, such as cement raw material, clinker, limestone, slag, manganese, gypsum, coal, barite, calcite etc.. The grinding field is wide and grinding type is abundant.

1. Humidity of grinding materials: from materials of less than 6 %(such as cement clinker), wide range of materials.
2. Grindability of materials: from high grindability(such as quartz sand, steel slag, mining slag, pyrophyllite, iron ore etc.) to low grindability (such as gypsum, calcite, etc).
3. Fineness of grinding product: from 2-5mm(such as raw shale for making brich in new wall material industry, sand for construction industry, etc) Product fineness is easy to adjust and simple operation
