Jaw crusher

 Jaw crushers are robust machines. Their rugged construction, combined with innovative features, make the jaw crusher the clear choice for primary applications.

Jaw crusher is the crushing equipment for coarse dolomite. It is also named as stone crusher.The structure of jaw crusher is very simple, but its operation is very convenient and stable. Jaw crusher is now widely used in a unique "V" crushing cavity design makes it is better crushing effect of materials, crushing more completely no dead angle. This kind of stone crushers are heavy duty machines and hence need to be robustly constructed. The outer frame is generally made of cast iron or steel. The jaws themselves are usually constructed from cast steel. They are fitted with replaceable liners which are made of manganese steel, or Ni-hard (a Ni-Cr alloyed cast iron). Jaw crushers are usually constructed in sections to ease the process transportation if they are to be taken underground for carrying out the operations.

Bucket elevator

Bucket elevator is a kind of equipment used in the dolomite powder production line to transport material vertically. Here's how it works:

1. Conveying the dolomite block material crushed by crusher and lifting the material to the silo for storage;

2. Lifting the finished dolomite material which is ground out by Raymond machine to the finished product warehouse for storage.

Raymond Mill

Raymond Mill is the one of the  high-frequency  grinding mill machines for dolomite powder grinding . Raymond machine is suitable for the processing of 280 kinds of materials in the industries of mineral, chemical, construction, etc. ,。 And it is for the materials that the hardness not more than 7 grades and humidity less than 6%. The finished products have high granularity and good shape.

Raymond machine owns a small size, small footprint. This feature reduces the use of space. The sieving rate of Raymond Machine up to 99% which most grinding equipment can not reach.

Pulse Dust Collector

When the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the airflow is diverted into the ash hopper. At the same time， the airflow slows down. As a result of inertia, the coarse particle dust in the gas flows directly into the ash hopper, where it plays the role of pre-collection of dust. The air entering the hopper is then deflected upwards through the bag dust with the metal skeleton inside and captured on the outer surface of the bag. The purified gas enters the cleaning room at the upper part of the bag chamber and collects it to the air outlet for discharge.

As an environmental protection equipment, pulse dust collector has the following functions in the dolomite powder production line:

1. Used for supporting Raymond Machine for Residual Wind Dust Removal;

2. Used for dust removal at the top of the raw material silo and finished product bin.

Packing machine

The packing machine is installed at the bottom of the silo in the dolomite powder production line. According to the customer needs, there are two types of packaging:

1. Ton Bag packing (1000KG)

2. Small bag packing (25-100KG).
