Grinding Ring for Raymond Mill

Raymond Mill is a mechanical equipment that consumes wearing parts. In the production process, wearing parts (grinding roller, grinding ring) are the parts with the largest loss. The material is directly in contact with these two parts.

Grinding ring is tightly stuck in the volute, fixed, grinding roller through the rotation, and use the gap between the grinding ring to crush the material, until grinding powder.

According to equipment design principle of grinding roller and grinding ring should use high manganese steel material, this material strong wear resistance, and good flexibility, has the function of mild wear automatically, but some manufacturers in order to save costs, reduce the vulnerability of material standard, make the wear-resisting degree is greatly reduced, the production after a period of time, the grinding roller and grinding ring wear serious, even had to replace new parts.
