For example, take the host motor 90KW as an example, the rated current is 165A, now the electronic current relay is set as 165A, the return value is set as %0.3, namely 5A (0.3%×165≈5
A), when the motor current of Raymond mill is greater than 165A, turn off the feed electromechanical source and stop feeding.
After not feeding, the motor current of the main motor of Raymond mill decreases, and when it drops to 160A (the difference between the set value of 165A and the set value of 5A), it is connected to the mechanical and electrical source of feeding.
Second, if the blower's wind is not big enough (the damper is opened), then the main mill of Raymond mill blocking machine as a critical point to adjust. That is, when the feed current increases with the main current gradually increased, the current of the fan gradually decreased, when the fan current reduced to a certain degree, the trend is constant.
At this time is the critical point of Raymond mill main block machine, if continue to feed will appear the plug machine, write down the main current value (X) at this point.
Stop the machine to clean the air duct and restart the machine. Set the on-line value of the electronic current relay to be slightly less than the X value and the return value to be %0.3. When the motor current of the host machine is greater than X, shut off the feed electromechanical source and stop feeding.
After not feeding, the motor current of the host decreases, and when it drops to x-0.3% X value, the feed electromechanical source is connected to feed.If there is a block during debugging.Remember the host current value (X value).Shut down clean the air duct and then make the above adjustment.
