What's the Preparation Work of the Raymond Mill Machine?

The work of Raymond mill machine is very important to the production of users.Good grinding operation can bring good profits to users, and bring great benefits to users' grinding process.
Therefore, the user should reasonably use the processing of the Raymond mill grinding equipment, for the problems in the work to be reasonable solution.

For the Raymond mill grinding equipment, before the formal start of work, to do its preparatory work, so that it can be better used.Reasonable inspection of the Raymond mill grinding equipment can also make its work faster.

Preparation before starting up of the Raymond mill grinding mill machine.

1.The following items must be checked before starting the stone grinder machine .
The supply voltage must meet the requirements of stone grinder machine. Prohibit the boot if the voltage drops below 360 volts. Please check the electrical circuit to make sure that they can meet the requirements of the drawings of the mining machines.

2.Check whether the connecting bolts to make sure they are tightened , especially the connecting bolts and fastening screws in the main mill should be tightened by force.

3.Check the tightness of each transmission belt. Turn the main motor pulley by hands,the main motor should rotate flexibly. At the same time,  open the door of main mill to make sure the rotation of the roller assembly is flexible.

4.Check the blower inlet pipe to adjust whether the valve handle is in the "off" position.If it is off, it is OK.

5.Check the tension of the elevator chain to make sure it is appropriate

6. lubricate each oil point according to the oil lubrication table and check whether there is any oil leakage.

7.Adjust the size of the discharge port of the jaw crusher according to the nature of the material.  The maximum size shall not exceed 20 mm.

8.Check the rotation of each motor of the  Raymond mill  to make sure all of them are correct

(a) The rotation direction of the main motor shall ensure that the central axis of the main motor rotates clockwise from top to bottom.
(b)Check the the rotary direction of the classifier motor. Ensure that the rotary direction of the blade turntable is clockwise.
(c)Check the Direction of the blower. Viewed from the end of the blower pulley, the blower rotates counterclockwise

9.Check the electrical control cabinet. Check whether the wire connecting bolts in the electric control cabinet are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in time.
