The HDX ultrafine Raymond mill was originally used in the strip of kaolin, and has been widely used in the fine grinding of kaolin, mica, graphite and other non-metallic minerals.

There is no air box structure in the HDX type ultrafine Raymond grinding mill, the base has no air duct, the grinding chamber is full of negative pressure, the powdery material stays at the bottom of the grinding chamber, the shovel picks up the material to the grinding surface before entering the air duct and being absorbed into the analytical machine for sorting.

The output of hard material is low, the material layer is relatively thin, and the powder material is produced in the middle of the process. There are air ducts around the base of the traditional mill, and the powder material is easy to be raised, resulting in the lack of material in the grinding surface. The equipment has fast loss, high vibration, high noise and low output.
