I. No powder or less powder

If the Raymond mill does not produce powder or less powder during operation.It could be for the following reasons.

1.Discharge valve (air lock device) is not closed tightly, External air, dust absorption

2.Main air duct is blocked

3.The shovel is worn, causing too little Shovel material or failing to shovel material

4.Serious leaks in the pipe and pipe flange joints

5.Pipe installation length is too long, and there are many elbows, resulting in increased pipe resistance

The solution is as follows:

1.Dismantling and repair the discharge valve

2.Eliminate the blockage objects

3.Check shovel wear situation and replace shovel

4.Carefully check for leaks and plug up leaks

5.The pipeline should be re-adjusted according to the general plan

II. Finished powder is too crude or too fine

1.The speed of the classify does not match the graded particle size required for the material.

2.Blower air volume is not appropriate

Solution :Adjust the classify speed of the Raymond mill

If the powder is too crude, it means the speed of the classifier is too high.When adjusting the speed of the classify is still not reached, the blower input air duct valve can be properly turn off small.Reduce the speed of the classify or remove the classify(connected with a Join cover) to increase the blower speed.

If the powder is too fine,you can reduce the speed of the classify or remove the classify(connected with a Join cover) to increase the blower speed.
