Preparation before starting up for HD series ring roller mill

HD series ring roller mill is developed by engineers of GuiLin HangDa Mining Machinery Co.,LTD.

HD series ring roller mill absorbs the advantages of traditional mill such as Raymond Mill and vertical mill.

At the same time, HD series ring roller mill and integrated with the company's original anti-run coarse grading technology, is a characteristic mill.

Before using the HD series ring and roll mill, the following preparations should be made. Take hd-1018 ring and roll mill as an example:

(1) before starting up, the following must be checked: whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the requirements, the voltage below 360 volts is not allowed to start up.

Check electrical circuits for conformance to drawing requirements.

(2) check whether the connecting bolts are tightened or not, especially the connecting bolts and fastening screws in the main engine should be tightened by force.

(3) check whether the tightness of each transmission belt is appropriate. Rotate the belt pulley of the main motor by hand. The main motor should rotate flexibly.

With the hand disk move grader pulley, grader should be flexible transmission.

(4) check whether the valve handle of the blower inlet pipe is in the "off" position.

(5) check whether the chain of the hoist is properly tightened.

(6) lubricate each refueling point according to the provisions of the refueling lubrication table, and check whether there is any oil leakage.

(7) adjust the size of the discharge port of the jaw crusher according to the nature of the material, and the maximum size shall not exceed 10 mm.

(8) check whether the rotation of each motor is correct: (a) the rotation direction of the main motor: ensure that the central axis of the main motor rotates clockwise from top to bottom.

(b) the rotation direction of the turbine analysis electromechanical machine: ensure that the rotation is clockwise from the top down of the grader pulley.

(c) direction of the blower: indicate the direction according to the label attached to the blower housing.

(9) check the electric control cabinet: because the transportation process is shaking, the manufacturer is afraid that the contact of the current relay will be damaged, so it is good to use a white wire binding before leaving the factory, before starting up must loosen the white wire, otherwise the switch is not able to play "automatic".
