How to Maintain the Raymond Mill?

1. Check bolts regularly.

When a new raymond mill is put into production, users need to check frequently for looseness of joint bolts.In particular, it is necessary to check the looseness of bolts in various parts of the main mill. The main mill roller grinding device, etc is important too.

2. Replace wearing parts in time.

Please replace wear grinding roller, grinding ring, blades and other wear parts in time.Please replace the grinding roller of two sets of grinding roller devices at the same time.This can ensure the stability of the main mill operation.Please remember to mark when removing the lid of the club shelf. Please don’t change the original assembly position when reassemble the plum shelf .

3. Regular cleaning.

After every 350 hours working, please remove the grinding roller assembly in main mill for cleaning.Must clean the dirty oil and dust in the roller device.If the seal is broken, replace it in time. If the inside of the roller assembly is too dirty ,remove the bearing and clean it.After two or three cleaning cycles , please remove and clean the bearing.

Please note the following points when disassembling and assembling the grinding roller assembly.

Firstly,  the cleaning site is clean and not dusty.

Secondly, nut 1, nut 13, slotted nut 4 are reverse nuts.  Pay attention to the rotation.

Thirdly, Mount a copper bar when striking the raymond mill parts.

Fourthly, Lubricate both bearings with molybdenum disulphide grease.It is advisable to fill half of the bearing clearance with grease.

Then, soak the wool circle in sufficient oil.

Whats more, Dry the oil on the joint surface between parts 8 and 14.

Meanwhile, tighten the hexagon socket bolt firmly.The tightening force is about 25 kg m. In order to prevent the bolts from loosening under vibration, please tighten all bolts and nuts of the raymond mill. When tightening nuts 13 and 16, the bearing should have an axial clearance of 0.10 ~ 0.15 mm.Make sure the anti-release device is reliable.

Another one, press seal 5 is with slotted nut 4.Well, please make sure the slotted nut is not too tight or too loose.The roller shaft is suitable for flexible rotation.

Finnally, ensure that the grinding roller should rotate flexibly after assembly.

4, Regular maintenance of Raymond mill.

Finnally,The Raymond mill shall be inspected and disassembled every 2500 hours. Whats more, repaire or replace the worn ones to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
