Electrical Control of Raymond Mill

All electrical control parts of Raymond mill are assembled in the electrical control cabinet, and centralized control is implemented (see circuit principle, see diagram, electric control cabinet).

Before installation, the components in the control cabinet must be inspected thoroughly.

1. The main motor and fan motor of the Raymond mill are connected to star-delta starting, and the time relay is 1SJ and 2SJ.

Can change the conversion time, check whether the star-triangle conversion time is in the range of 12-20 seconds, time less than 10 seconds is not allowed to boot.

2. The variable frequency governor of the turbine classifier is installed on the control cabinet panel.

The controller plug has been wired, the plug into the controller socket can be used.

When the classifier is running, close the air switch first, and then adjust the frequency of the frequency converter governor, so that the classifier to the required speed (that is, the product to the required fineness).

Before shutting down, adjust the frequency of the frequency converter to the minimum of 10 hz, press stop.

Then turn off the air switch.

3. The controller AY of electromagnetic vibration feeder shall be installed on the panel according to the position shown in the diagram.

The controller plug has been wired, the plug is inserted into the socket in the controller can be used, the electromagnetic vibration feeder USES SCR unidirectional rectification power supply, adjust the knob on AY to adjust the output current, so as to change the amplitude of the feed speed.

When starting up, switch on the power switch on controller AY and then adjust the knob on AY to make the feeding speed of the electromagnetic vibration feeder meet the needs of the user.

The principle, installation and debugging of electromagnetic vibration feeder are shown in the product manual.

4. Switch K on the cabinet panel controls the conversion between the electromagnetic vibration feeder and the manual feeder.

When K is in the "automatic" position, its automatic control principle is as follows: when there is too much abrasive in the  Raymond mill, the main engine current rises, and the automatic control line is cut through the action of the electronic current relay.

So that the thyristor has no trigger pulse and no output, the electromagnetic vibration feeder stops working;

When the abrasive in the machine is reduced, the main machine current drops, the automatic control line of the electronic current relay is reset, and the feeder starts to work again.

The feeding quantity controlled at the "automatic" position shall be the feeding quantity at the highest output of the finished product of the material.

The actual operation of the user depends on the specific material to determine.
