The Raymond Mill is composed of main mill, analysis machine, blower, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, hopper, jaw crusher, pipeline system and electric control cabinet.
The main machine of Raymond Mill is composed of grinding and transmission
(1) grinding part:
The central shaft of the main mill is mounted on the central shaft frame by bearing support.The top end of the center shaft is connected with the plum blossom frame.The roller grinding device is distributed around the plum blossom frame.A labyrinth seal is formed between the blade rest and the central shaft rest to prevent dust from entering the bearing.The base is cast iron and is surrounded by a return air box.The return air box directs the air from the blower into the grinding chamber of the main mill.There is an air duct in the middle of the base.The air duct and the bottom of the base are equipped with protective air duct guard plate and liner plate for easy replacement.The grinding ring is bolted into the taper hole of the base to prevent loosening.
The grinding roller device is composed of grinding roller shaft, bearing, grinding roller, grinding roller sleeve, pressing cover and grinding roller.
The nuts at both ends of the grinding roller are left tooth compression nuts, and the sleeve is suspended on the plum tree frame.
Sleeve material is generally rubber, if the machine work mill needs hot air, iron can be used to replace the material.
(2) Transmission device:
The driving device of the main mill is composed of spindle, cylindrical gear, box cover, box body, shaft gear, screw, pulley, coupling and motor support.The role of the screw of the transmission device is to lubricate the two bearings during the operation of the main mill.The oil level can be checked for the oil standard of the transmission.
The turbine analyzer is composed of motor, bearing housing, powder outlet, turbine, housing and frequency converter.The upper and lower two groups of bearings in the bearing housing sleeve are lubricated by adding mechanical oil to the oil hole.The lower end face of the powder outlet and the blade end face of the impeller assembly form a tight palace seal and also form a pneumatic seal, and the clearance must be guaranteed at about 1mm.If the gap is too large, it is easy to form short circuit powder, affecting the classification efficiency.If the gap is too small, the two sealing groove is prone to friction, the Raymond Mill can not work properly.Therefore, to adjust the gap, Raymond Mill can work normally.
The high pressure blower of Raymond Mill is composed of wind casing, wind blade, transmission bearing housing, transmission shaft, triangular belt wheel, motor and transmission base.
The elevator of Raymond Mill consists of shell, reduction box, bearing block, chain wheel, chain, pulley and dustpan.The chain is loose and the gap between the dustpan and the shell can be adjusted by screws.
The pipe system of Raymond Mill consists of square pipe, upper section of powder inlet pipe, large cyclone collector, discharge valve, powder outlet, afterwind powder outlet pipe, lower section of powder inlet pipe, powder outlet elbow, bellows interface, return air valve pipe, lower straight pipe, big receiver, dust removal cloth bag, dust removal bag hanger, dust removal bucket, etc.
When the Raymond Mill is in operation, the piping of the whole system is in a state of negative pressure.
The powder outlet of the large cyclone collector is equipped with an air lock to lock and isolate the positive and negative pressure airflow.
If do not install air lock or air lock seal is not strict, will cause no powder or less powder.
