Main Mill Hoisting

When lifting the main mill, the wire rope can be threaded into the lifting lug from the main mill casing.

Special care should be taken when lifting the packaging frame after disassembling, so as to prevent the central shaft and the attached plum tree frame, roller grinding device and shovel holder from running on the central shaft due to the landing or force of the fixed coupling at the lower end of the central shaft of the main mill.

If the center shaft of the Raymond Mill and the attached plum stand, the roller assembly device and the shovel holder are channeling, it must be reset when the Raymond Mill is installed.

Classifier Hoisting

The analytical machine can be lifted independently.

When lifting, wire rope can be threaded into the lifting lugs of the analytical machine.

Electric Control Cabinet

When the electric control cabinet is hoisted, the wire rope is threaded into the lifting screw ring on the top of the cabinet and hoisted.

Note:

Each machine should be in the lifting between the wire rope and equipment on the pad soft material.

Care should be taken not to touch the weak parts of the equipment.

The Raymond Mill equipment should be prevented from tipping over at any time during lifting.
