Steps for stopping the the Raymond mill
When you want to shutdown the Raymond mill, please do as the following steps.
Step 1: close the crusher.
The crusher stops feeding and closes the crusher after the crushing chamber emptying.
Step 2: close the elevator.
Turn off the elevator after the material in the elevator is emptied.
Step 3: close the feeder.
Adjust the amplitude of the electromagnetic vibration feeder to the minimum and then turn off the feeder.
Step 4: turn off the main mill.
Don't stop the main mill immediately.After the material in the main mill is finished grinding (about one minute), turn off the main mill motor.
The material emptying in the main mill of the Raymond mill is helpful to shorten the starting time of the next main mill motor.This can extend the service life of the motor.
Step 5: turn off the blower.
Shut down the blower half a minute after the main mill stops.Then turn the inlet control valve to the "off" position.
Step 6: turn off the analyzer.
Adjust the speed of the inverter of the analyzer to below 10 hz.Then press "stop" to turn off the air switch.
